ZF series helical precision planetary speed reducer

Overview:

Shanghai Guzuo Reducer specializes in the production and sales of precision planetary reducers.

The planetary reducer is mainly used with servo motors / stepper motors to increase the output torque and increase the moment of inertia. Can also be equipped with DC motors, singlephase motors, synchronous motors and various three-phase asynchronous motors.

*Precision grinding helical gears + ultra-low backlash:

Five-axis precision ground helical gears, with a tooth surface roughness of Ra0.8μm,

increase the meshing contact area by 3 to 5 times. The standard backlash is ≤3 arc minutes, and the high-precision version is ≤1 arc minute. It features precise positioning and is suitable for high-frequency start-stop and variable load conditions.

*Low noise and smooth operation + optimized meshing:

The helical gear and planetary carrier are integrated in design. The tooth profile is modified to

compensate for deformation. The noise of the small machine is as low as 55dB(A), which is 10-15dB(A) lower than that of the straight gear model. It operates smoothly without impact.

*High-efficiency transmission + energy saving:

The full-load transmission efficiency is 97% - 99%, which is 2-3 percentage points higher than that of

straight teeth. The tooth surface contact ratio reaches 2.5.

Long-term operation can reduce energy consumption costs by 8% - 12%.

*High-strength material + high load-bearing capacity:

20CrMnTi alloy steel gears with surface hardness of HRC60-62, and the torsional stiffness of the

aluminum alloy planetary carrier is increased by 30%; rated torque: 30-2000 Nm, capable of

withstanding 150% overload for a short time.

*IP65 protection grade + high stability:

Double-layer sealed protection, leak-proof and dust-proof, suitable for harsh working conditions;

integrated planetary carrier + preloaded bearings, improve coaxiality, and extend bearing life by 50%.

*Modular customization + high compatibility:

Customizable reduction ratio (3-100), output shaft, etc. Compatible with NEMA/IEC motors,

quick installation, supports closed-loop precise control, and is suitable for intelligent devices.
